A one bag service cost $50 and a two bag service costs $75. For more information on prices, please see our Pricing page.

We perform pickup and drop-offs according to the following schedule:

Pickup — Drop Off

Sunday — Tuesday

Monday — Wednesday

Tuesday — Thursday

Wednesday — Sunday

Thursday — Sunday

We offer an expedited service (Sundays through Wednesdays) for an additional $15, guaranteeing a 24 hour return window. Please see our Pricing page for additional information.

We use All Free and Clear as our laundry detergent and Bounce dryer sheets for our softener.

We do not supply other detergents/fabric softeners, but you are welcome to include your own detergent pods, liquid detergent/fabric softener in a spill proof container, or dryer sheets in your laundry bag at pickup (please contact us ahead of time to make us aware of the change in your order).

We accept PayPal and Venmo as payment forms.

We do not treat stains, so our recommendation is that you pre-treat any stains on your clothing before your scheduled service.

Throughout the wash and fold process, we make every effort to keep the animals and the laundry separate. The clothing is never left unattended during the washing and folding cycles, and once the folded laundry is placed back in the bags, they are stored in an area in which Dusty and Cotton have no access. But while we make sure the animals have no contact with the clothing, they do live in the same building where the business is run, so there is no guarantee that people with dog or cat allergies will not be exposed to those allergens.

We have a 10 mile pick-up and delivery distance from our location at Ronald Reagan and 29 (this includes addresses within Liberty Hill city limits and parts of Georgetown and Leander).
